Mr. Patrick Jones

B.A, LL.B, Dip. Prop. Tax, Dip. Comm. Conv, Dip Trust and Estate Plan., Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.

Patrick Jones, a Monaghan native, was awarded a primary law degree (1983) and a post primary law degree (1985) from the national university of Ireland, Galway before being enrolled as a solicitor by the law society of Ireland, Dublin (1988).

Patrick became a Bray solicitor in 1991 when he took over and changed the name of the firm to Messrs Jones Magee Solicitors.

Patrick has been appointed a commissioner for oaths (1991), a notary public (1999) and has obtained diplomas in property tax (2003), commercial conveyancing (2004) and trust and estate planning (2005).

In 2006 Patrick was appointed to the solicitors panel of the central mental hospital Dundrum.

Patrick is involved in all aspects of general practice including wills and administration of estates, house purchase and sales, district court road traffic offences, assaults and charge sheets, notary work, family law, employment law, licensing, letting agreements and all aspects of legal practice.

Charlotte Finnegan

Charlotte holds a BA Classics (Single Honours) Degree from Trinity College Dublin. Charlotte
was awarded a Diploma in Legal Studies and Barrister at Law Degree by The Honourable
Society of King’s Inns. Before joining Jones Magee, Charlotte practiced as a barrister at the
Bar of Ireland. Charlotte also holds a Certificate of Conveyancing from the Law Society of
Ireland.

Charlotte is a solicitor who works in areas of personal injury, contractual disputes,
employment law, insurance law, landlord and tenant law. Charlotte also has extensive
experience in injunctions, general commercial disputes and arbitration. Charlotte focuses on
family law with a particular interest in surrogacy and international family law.

Mary Henry

Mary holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from University College Dublin and a Master of
Laws degree from Trinity College Dublin. Mary was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society
of Ireland in 2010 and holds a Diploma in Commercial Litigation from the Law Society of
Ireland.

Mary is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process, including in the areas of personal
injury, employer’s liability, public liability, product liability and contract claims. Mary is also
experienced in general practice matters including licensing, family law, employment law and
house purchase and sale.
